1. What Budolinks does
Budolinks helps creators, affiliates, sellers, and brands organize product links, shop links, profile information, and promotional content into simple public pages. Budolinks is a publishing and link-management tool. Unless clearly stated, Budolinks is not the seller, marketplace, payment processor, shipping provider, or customer support team for products linked from creator pages.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to use online services in your location and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the platform.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the profiles, product pages, images, links, claims, offers, descriptions, and other content you publish. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use your content, and your content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
If you use affiliate links, sponsorships, paid endorsements, discounts, or promotional claims, you are responsible for making any disclosures required by your local laws, platform rules, affiliate programs, and advertising standards.
4. Prohibited content and activity
Budolinks may restrict, hide, remove, or disable pages, links, content, or accounts that involve:
- Spam, scams, fraud, phishing, fake offers, deceptive links, or malware.
- Impersonation, misleading identity claims, fake brands, or false authority.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights violations.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, or abusive conduct.
- Illegal goods or services, unsafe products, regulated goods sold without proper compliance, or instructions for harmful activity.
- Adult, sexual, graphic, or age-sensitive content without appropriate notice, handling, or legal compliance.
- Collection or publication of private information without permission.
- Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, moderation, payment rules, or platform restrictions.
5. Third-party links, shops, and purchases
Budolinks pages may contain links to third-party shops, marketplaces, websites, apps, payment pages, affiliate networks, or social platforms. Those third parties control their own products, prices, checkout flows, shipping, refunds, privacy practices, and customer support. Budolinks is not responsible for third-party products, orders, refunds, content, policies, or availability.
6. Plans, payments, and feature access
Some Budolinks features may be free, paid, limited, promotional, lifetime, trial-based, or subject to creator eligibility. Plan limits, pricing, payment methods, and included features may change over time. If paid features are offered, the billing terms shown at checkout, in the dashboard, or in the native app also apply.
6a. Website checkout (budolinks.com)
On the website, paid Pro access may be purchased through card checkout (for example via Lemon Squeezy) or through an approved manual bank transfer workflow. Those purchases are processed by the payment method shown at checkout. Website billing terms, including non-refundable policies where applicable, are described in our Refund Policy.
6b. Native apps and in-app purchase
Budolinks may offer optional iOS and Android apps. Digital Pro features sold inside those apps are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase, not through the website checkout flow. Apple or Google processes payment, taxes, receipts, and store-mandated refund requests according to their policies. Budolinks unlocks Pro features after the store purchase is validated on your account.
Subscription plans (such as PRO Annual) renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Lifetime or one-time Pro offers, when available in the store, do not renew. Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices and need to recover store-bought access on the same Budolinks account.
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple ID or Google account signed into the App Store or Google Play on your device at the time of purchase. Pro access is granted to the Budolinks account you are logged into when the purchase completes or is restored. Your Budolinks email and your store account email may differ; keep track of both.
Restore purchases does not charge you again. It asks Apple or Google to re-link an existing store receipt on this device to your logged-in Budolinks account—for example after reinstalling the app, switching devices on the same store account, or when Pro shows in the store but not yet in Budolinks. Restore only works on the same store where you paid (App Store receipts on iOS, Google Play receipts on Android) with the same store account that owns the subscription. It does not apply to website card or bank-transfer billing.
Manage or cancel billing where you originally subscribed—not necessarily the app store shown on your current device. App Store subscriptions are managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Google Play subscriptions are managed in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Website plans billed through Lemon Squeezy or manual bank transfer are managed on budolinks.com (Billing & plan). Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
Eligible annual Pro subscribers may upgrade to lifetime Pro. Store annual subscribers upgrade through in-app purchase in the Budolinks app; after upgrading, cancel the annual subscription in the same store where it was purchased so it does not renew separately. Website annual subscribers upgrade through card checkout on budolinks.com; we cancel the annual Lemon Squeezy subscription after a successful lifetime payment where applicable.
After a valid purchase or restore, Pro features unlock on your Budolinks account once the store purchase is validated. This usually happens within seconds but can occasionally take longer if the store or our servers are slow—contact support if access has not appeared after a reasonable wait.
To reduce double billing, Budolinks may hide in-app purchase options when your account already has active Pro access billed on the website, and may block new website checkout when you already have Pro, a pending web checkout, or an in-app purchase still syncing. Manage or cancel website-billed plans at budolinks.com; manage or cancel store-billed plans in your device store settings.
6c. Trials, promotions, and refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, website paid plan purchases are final and non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy. In-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not Budolinks, except where we are legally required to assist. Trials, promotional access, and limited offers may have additional rules shown when you accept them.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your Budolinks account from profile settings in the dashboard or app by confirming your @username, or by following the process in our Privacy Policy. Deletion removes your public page and disables login. If you purchased Pro through Apple or Google, cancel the subscription in your store account settings—account deletion does not cancel store billing automatically.
8. Reviews, moderation, and enforcement
We may review content, reports, links, accounts, and technical signals to protect users and the platform. We may take action with or without prior notice when we believe there is a violation, legal risk, security risk, abuse, or harm. Actions may include warning users, hiding content, disabling links, limiting features, suspending accounts, removing accounts, preserving records, or reporting serious issues to appropriate parties.
9. Intellectual property
Budolinks and its software, branding, design, features, and platform content are owned by Budolinks or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you publish, but you give Budolinks permission to host, store, display, resize, format, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
10. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Budolinks reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service. We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business reasons, or product improvements.
11. Disclaimers
Budolinks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. You use Budolinks and third-party links at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Budolinks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, third-party products, third-party links, or user-published content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to hold Budolinks harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your links, your products or promotions, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person’s rights.
14. Reports and complaints
If you believe a Budolinks page violates these terms, infringes your rights, impersonates someone, exposes private information, or creates safety concerns, use the Report page. For general support, visit the Help Center.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts or proper authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law, unless another process is required by law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Budolinks grows, laws change, or features are added. Continued use of Budolinks after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Budolinks and, if applicable, delete or stop publishing your page.
